Chigonoiwa Shuzo is a sake brewery that was founded in 1909 in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture. It uses the skills of Echigo Toji and ultra-soft water to make sake with a smooth taste. Its main brands are “Chigonoiwa”, “Chigoiwa”, and “Chigonoiwa Junmai Ginjo”, and it exports to East Asia and ASEAN.
