Chikushi no Homare Shuzo is a sake brewer located in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and was founded in 1897. Using water from the Chikugo River, the brewery continues to preserve the flavor and richness of its handmade sake, which begins with steaming the rice using a wooden steamer. We also have “Sake-kura Narazuke,” a traditional taste made without any sweeteners or additives, using only Fukuoka-grown white melon, sake lees, and natural salt; “Handmade Kuradashi Miso,” made without additives using domestic soybeans; and amazake made from 100% malted rice.
