Daishichi Sake Brewery, Nihonmatsu, Fukushima

Daishichi Sake Brewery is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1752. It is committed to the kimoto method, which is the most orthodox and traditional brewing method for sake. It has received the highest evaluation in Japan. It has been selected for the toast at the G8 Toyako Summit and overseas royal banquets. It has its headquarters in Takeda 1-chome, Nihonmatsu City, where you can also visit and taste the sake.
