EH Shuzo, Azumino, Nagano

EH Sake Brewery in Nagano is a sake brewery that makes a sake called “Suien” with a 200-year tradition in Shinshu Azumino. In 2003, it became part of a company called “Excel Human”. It brews pure rice sake and ginjo sake with rice from Nagano and underground water from the Northern Alps.
