Fukurokuju Brewery is a sake brewery founded in Gojome-cho, Akita Prefecture. The company was named after one of the Seven Gods of Good Fortune, “Fukurokuju. One of the brands sold by the Fukurokuju Brewery to the outside of Akita Prefecture is ” Ippaku Suisei”. Fukurokuju Brewery has been brewing high-quality sake for about 330 years, using locally grown rice and mineral-rich groundwater from its own grounds.
