Hakutaka is also known as the only kura which offers sake to the gods of Ise Shrine. Hakutaka’s sake is made from high-quality rice such as Yamada Nishiki and Miyamizu, a famous spring water in Nishinomiya, using the Kimoto method. Some of its representative products are “Miyamizu no Sake”, and “Seishu Tigers”.
