Hiyoshi Sake Brewery is located on Asaichi Street in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The brewery was founded in 1913, and was started by the founder who was told in a dream by a white horse with a golden gourd on it to “start brewing sake. The brewery’s representative brand is “Kinpyo Shirakoma” and boasts Wajima sake brewed with well water pumped up from the brewery’s basement. It is said to be generally dry and light with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste.
