Inaba Sake Brewery, located in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a 150-year-old sake brewery at the foot of Mount Tsukuba. Minanogawa, a famous sake made with spring water from Mt. Tsukuba since the end of the Edo period, is also famous as the sacred sake of Mt. Tsukuba Shrine. The company also handcrafts and sells local sake such as “Sutera,” all of which is junmai daiginjo. At the Inaba Sake Brewery, visitors can enjoy sake brewery tours and sake tasting lunches.
