Ippongi Kubo Honten is a sake brewery located in Katsuyama, Fukui Prefecture. The brewery produces “Dry Sake” and “Kiwami-Shu (Daiginjo-Shu),” which create a unique and special mouthfeel, using two main types of sake rice, “Koshinoshizuku” and “Sakahomare”.
