Kumano Brewring, Kyotango, Kyoto

Kumano Shuzo is a sake brewery in Kumihama Town, Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture. It was founded in 1918 and named its sake “Kumi no Ura” after the view of Kumihama Bay from the brewery. It produces sake such as junmai daiginjo and junmai ginjo, which have a rich sweetness and aroma.
