Oishi Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. It was founded in the Genroku era (Edo period). It sells sake under the brand name Okinazuru (Old Crane), mainly using the kimoto method. It uses pure water from the Katsura River (Hozu River), which originates from the Kitayama area famous for Kitayama cedar.
