Morita Kinshachi Brewery is a long-established sake brewery located in Kamezaki-cho, Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, with a history dating back to 1848. Originally the Amano Sake Brewery, it has continued its history as the Morita Kinshachi Sake Brewery of the Morita Group since 2010. The Morita Kinshachi Brewery has a brand name “Kinshachi,” which was named in the hope that it would become a sake brewery representing Aichi Prefecture. It also has a brand name “Hatsuyumezakura” (first dream in the year of cherry blossom).
