Nagai Shuzo is a sake brewery founded in 1886 and located in Kawaba Village. The brewery produces sake with soft underground water nurtured by the land of Oze and produces brands such as “Mizubasho” and “Nagai Shoji”. Nagai Shuzo sells “Mizubasho PURE” and other topical products. Visitors can also enjoy a tour of the brewery and a café.
