Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture is a historical sake brewery founded in 1888. Its representative brand is “Taka,” a junmai sake made from home-grown Yamada-Nishiki. The brewery is located along the Koto River in Ube City and is open for tours.
