Nippon Seishu is a brewing company based in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. It was founded in 1872 as Shibata Sake Brewery and produces local sake from Hokkaido. In addition to sake, it also makes wine and miso. The representative product of Nippon Seishu is “Secchubai”. It is a pure rice daiginjo sake stored in snow and it is delicious both cold and warm.
