Nishibori Sake Brewery in Tochigi Prefecture is a sake brewing company founded in 1872, and its representative brand is ” Mongai Fushutsu” (meaning “never go out of the gate”). The brewery is a designated national tangible cultural property and features sake brewed with subsoil water from the Nikko mountain range. The brewery and online store are located in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture.
