Ota Sake Brewery, located in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, is a sake brewery that was founded in 1874 and produces sake, wine, and shochu, including “Doukan,” named after its ancestor, Ota Doukan. Although the brewery tour is not available, the second floor exhibits materials on Dokan and the Ota family.
