Sakura Uzumaki Sake Brewery is located in Yatanchi, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, and was founded in 1871 by Hanjuro Shinohara. Today, the brewery was reestablished by Touta Shinohara, who changed the trade name to Sakura Uzumaki Sake Brewery in 1951, and has continued to brew sake to the present day. It also has a history that dates back to the priests of Kunitsuhiko-no-Mikoto Shrine.
