Imanishi Seibei Shoten is a sake brewery in Nara city, Nara Prefecture. It produces a brand called Harushika, which pursues new flavors while inheriting the traditional sake making of Nara. Imanishi Seibei Shoten was founded in 1884 and is deeply involved in the history and culture of Nara, which is said to be the birthplace of sake.
