Tokyo Port Brewery is a sake brewery located in Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo, that produces sake “Edo Kaijo” and plum liqueur. The brewery uses Tokyo tap water and temperature-controlled brewing for all four seasons of the year. As of March 2018, Tokyo Minato Brewery is the only sake brewery in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
