Hizenya, a tourist sake brewery, is operated by Mitsutake Brewery, which was founded in 1688. Located in Hizenhamajuku, Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, visitors can feel the town’s fermentation culture. Hizenya offers sake sales and tastings. Visitors can also listen to stories about the history of Hizenhamajuku and the brewery, and enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of the old days in the “Showa Room” in the museum.
