Tsuji Honten, Maniwa, Okayama

Tsuji Honten is a historic sake brewery in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. It produces Japanese sake under the brands of Gozenshu. It uses Omachi rice, which is called a phantom sake rice, and brews it with its own bodaimoto starter. Tsuji Honten is located along the old Izumo Road in the Katsuyama Preservation District, where you can visit and taste the sake.
