Tuzyun Sake Brewery, Kamimashiki, Kumamoto

Tsuzyun Shuzo is a sake brewery located in Yamato-cho, Kamimashiki County, Kumamoto Prefecture. Founded in 1770, it is the oldest existing sake brewery in Kumamoto Prefecture. It produces junmai-shu (pure rice sake) and ginjo-shu brewed with locally grown rice and water and with low rice polishing. It also sells sake tasting sets and amazake (sweet sake).
