Yano Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located in Kashima City, southwestern Saga Prefecture. It was founded in 1796 (Kansei 8) during the Edo period. It produces and sells Japanese sake “Hizen Kuragogoro” and “Take-no-Sono”. In particular, “Take-no-Sono” is a challenging sake made with low-polished rice and wine yeast, and has a dairy-like aroma.
